This one was for a gift. I have 2 other units of the same model, one for home and one for travel. First unit purchased 4 years still working perfectly. Much better than Keurig brand, more durable (had many of those, not reliable).

Buen producto pero en el manual no menciona que ahí que limpiar es punta en la parte superior por eso vaporiza mucho y falla.

I love my Instant Pot and I wanted to love my Instant Coffee machine but it really misses too many marks. Biggest issue is the splatter. The coffee splatters everywhere as it pours. My counters are coffee stained from left to right, top to bottom every single brew. The coffee machine itself (and I have the white) is completely stained with coffee splatters. It’s a living nightmare. Second biggest issue is cleaning this machine .. it gets very dirty in just a few brews. And there are nooks and crannies that you just can’t get in no matter what you use. It doesn’t feel sanitary to me. The coffee temperature is okay although it could be hotter to my liking. The water tank is always empty.. just not big enough for my needs. The next big problem is the machine doesn’t stop you from starting a brew when the water level isn’t enough and you end up wasting a coffee pod. Yes it will alert you the water level is too low but only when it’s actually brewing which is too late. The machine should beep and stop you from starting a brew when the water level isn’t enough. All in all this machine just doesn’t meet any of my expectations and although I’ve had it for only 4 months I’m already shopping for a new coffee maker. I wish I returned it while I could I just didn’t have the time to. If you are going to get this machine at least get yourself a black on so you don’t need to stare at the coffee stains all day. I don’t recommend this coffee makers. (Picture shows how dirty it gets and I clean it every other day.. it’s gross)
