Well designed timer, simple & to set the desired time accurately, used to control an exhaust fan in the bathroom, automatically on for 4 hours twice daily to prevent moisture build-up. The present purchase is used to replace the same model which broke down after 3 years of service (that is why minus one star). It works perfectly well after installation now but hopefully will last longer this time!

Failed in 2 weeks. Easy set up, set it once worked fine for about 2 weeks. Used it on xmas lights went on vacation when I returned it wasn't working and no option to return. POS.... To the manufacture. I will amend this review if you offer replacement or refund.

This one replaced one I got at Home Dept. It was terrible; never worked properly from the get go. This one has it all and is easy to install. Been working like a charm for the past month and is not much more expensive. I have it installed in my chicken coop.
