2006 Chevy Silverado. Fits and works as expected.Make sure the top is aligned in its channel then start the top screw first. Then start the bottom screw. Alternate back and forth a couple times while tightening. Finish the bottom screw first, then the top.

Not much to say other than it works and it's very smooth and quiet when it flips off after turning.

Just what i needed. Every time I'd put on the turn signal my high beams would come on. But this fixed it and it's a great price
