Bought these for my husband specifically because these were advertised as 7mm thickness neoprene (800). That was not what we received. Instead, they are the thinner/lighter 400 model instead. We'll keep them because he can wear them, just not for what was intended. And we could have gotten them cheaper elsewhere if we wanted the 400.

I’ve been planning this birthday surprise since Christmas time for my boyfriend. He beat cancer, has had multiple crazy life events, and deserved a wonderful surprise. I ordered his size, 13 Wide and when he opened it…they looked like kids sized boots. Talk about the most disappointing moment ever. His birthday is tomorrow and he needed those boots for the day in the snow I had planned. Now I have to either replace them or get a refund, and customer service doesn’t answer for Amazon and there’s no vendor information to try to call. Everyone is human, I know mistakes get made. But I cried so much when he looked so disappointed.
