I ordered and received it in 3 days - My grandkids used it while on the lake this summer. This device is as as study as one could While packing it up for the winter I noticed a tear on the clip retainer. I immediately called customer service and left a message. Within minutes I got a phone call. He asked for a picture which I sent him. Another call was received and within minutes we worked out a solution to my satisfaction. This all happened within a hour from my first message.

My grandchildren are too young to appreciate it now - they are 4, 5 and 6.It is difficult for them to get onto the float. The ladder flops around, which makes it hard to use. It helps to be athletic and have a lot of upper body strength.No problem getting it blown up with a compressor. However, it could be a serious problem without one.

Purchased in 2019, have only set up one Summer, stored inside after use inside a heavy canvas bag, washed & dried it prior to storing. We lay it out on a large tarp to inflate or deflate, it's heavy to carry for one person, easy set up, seems to be made well. It is a bouncer not a trampoline & no complaints here, the kids loved it (great lay out area for adults too)! The only issue we had was figuring out a secure anchoring system! I emailed Island Hopper customer service this week 2021 & promptly received a phone call, which was totally not expected since my original purchase date was 2019! Their anchoring suggestion was to fill 2-5 gal. buckets & lids with concrete (can add the water or not) then tie off with marine rope on outside loops on the bouncer. Can also secure off a dock but anchor away from the dock to avoid injury or damage to your bouncer. Don't need to use bungee's if you're body of water is calm. Sounds like it might be easier than using 2 sets of cement blocks tied together, which was difficult & just didn't seem to keep it from floating away.

Although the Island Hopper was ext summer. not as bouncy as we had hoped, it has provided hours of fun for my grandsons and their friends on the pond at our ranch. Boys are looking forward to visiting next summer!

When I first viewed this product .. the picture had a slide with it.. and At $699.00 it should.. There was even a customer comment that said when she first opened her box the slide was not in it then she stated it was wrapped up in the trampoline . Imagine my disappointment when there was no slide.. I'm still considering sending it back.. just not a good deal for the money..
