Way too big for travel unless this is your carry on. And it’s sooooo heavy !

Bag broke right away. The seams are not reinforced and are very weak. This was not very full at all (diapers, wipes, not even any heavy things like water bottles) and one of the straps completely tore. This meant I was traveling with a baby trying to lug around this back because the strap was broken.The bag has a warranty, but you must pay to ship it back (USPS cost was $41). It's a little nuts to spend forty dollars because of a defective bag just to get it fixed. Customer service required a ton of random tasks in order to approve the warranty.Steer clear of this bag and probably honestly this company. There are so many options when it comes to great diaper bags and luggage -- not worth the trouble and the warranty is pretty much useless.
