Either I can't figure out how this thing works, or it's a piece of junk. Manipulating Ohm's Law doesn't seem all that complex to me.I have a small solar array: 34v @ 16 amps (full sun) feeding an EcoFlow unit. Unit accepts max 400 watts, 65v, 10 amps via solar. With apx 10% loss I'm getting ~310 Watts off the array because the unit limits the amps at 10. Fine. Math checks out. With Ohm's Law, if I raise to ~41Vdc, even with circuit losses should still get around 10 amps. Voila... apx 400 Watts. I'd be happy with +350w.Best I can get is barely 290 Watts with this thing, even at 50Vdc.It first spikes to +9 amps but then drops to 5. Doesn't seem very stable, either.So... I don't know. The directions are quite vague. The power is well within the device specs.Just left me frustrated.

Took a lot of trial and error with an adjustable lab power supply to get this thing calibrated correctly. Needs some instructions.

There are no instructions but if you are buying one of these you should know how to operate it. Has a low voltage cutout on the input side. Trim pot on output from factory was set to 48v. I dialed it back to 14.4 and under load its a rock steady 13.8v.For radio use I have a couple home built batteries. One is a 3s22p battery. Under load it's good for 121.8 to 12.2 volts. That's not what I'm looking for but I have a 100ah LiFePO4 battery that is 13.3v under load. When it's getting low voltage will start to drop into the 12.6 to 12.8 volt range. I wanted something that would take the the lower voltage cell and boost it up to the 13.8 range and allow some charging to take place. So far so good.I'm not hearing any rfi on the HF bands. For the price I'm happy.

It's a voltage booster. It's not efficient, it's not intuitive, it's not the best design. I purchased this to use with a DW200 fuel pump as a voltage booster. Input is around 14.5v and output is around 17v-17.5v. It is run in 45 second to minute and a half intervals and only on track days when I'm running e85. Firstly I noticed the choke is a bit floppy for my application since it will be bouncing around in a car. Jam some clear silicone caulk between it and the board and that solved that problem. Secondly setting it up and testing it is not exactly easy. It requires some technical knowledge of how these things work. The trim pot adjustments are relatively linear and easy to setup using a 12v PC power supply.Final tuning in the car was not any easier due to space constraints under the dash and the small screw heads on the trim pots. The voltage output was steady enough for my application when testing with an oscilloscope though there was the occasional 1-3v spike that would likely kill more sensitive electronics. In all it has lasted half a year reliably and has worked well.

I received the package after about 3 weeks. It was packaged appropriately and in good condition. I unpacked it and found absolutely NO instructions on adjustment. I;m an electronic' technician with 15 years of military training and an extra class ham radio operator, so I'm no dummy to electronics. I hooked it up to a 12v battery and one of the input fuses immediately blew (with no load attached). At this point I went no further with the unit as it was obviously defective. I went into the return process with Amazon and went to print the return label and found that I was expected to pay shipping BACK TO CHINA to get a refund on this device. As a technician I do fully understand that there can be failures in equipment and I have no problem with the fact the unit is defective--those things happen, What toes upset me is the company wants ME to pay shipping back to them to get a refund. The return shipping would probably cost me more than I paid for the module. I would highly recommend NOT doing business with this seller due to their return policies
