Good skirt for little girls - it fits both my 3 and 5 year old. The tulle is a little tough/stiff but there is a satin underskirt so it doesn't scratch or catch on tights. The only thing I didn't like is that it has a weird smell when you first take it out of the package but it goes away after a while.

My toddler loved this tutu! seems well made too. I would recommend this product .

The first important thing to note is.... it's very cheaply made. The material and sewing job is very cheap. We washed it on a gentle cycle and inside a garment bag. It still came out looking even more funky.And most importantly...this SMELLED. Not just a whiff of the tangy manufacturing odor you can sometimes when opening the package. This tutu literally smelled rancid. My husband can't smell anything and he walked into the kitchen and asked "what is that smell" and we put it into the garage to isolate it.It fits true to size... but it's just not something I can suggest.
