I love these sandals! I have plantar fasciitis and heel spurs and the arch support is perfect. I've only worn them around the house and doing errands so far. I look forward to trying them out at the beach to see how they hold up in sand and water. Fit true to size. Very comfortable from day one.

The main thing I like about this shoe is the fact I can adjust the closure.

Gave these 4 stars as I think they would be very comfortable if they fit. However, there was considerable pressure and irritation on both sides on my feet Too bad as they seemed like good shoes.

I am always trying to find sandals that fit women and wide feet and orthotics. I normally wear a women's 10 wide and custom orthotics for high arches, which are especially high. I ordered the Charcoal/petal ones in 10W. The size was perfect. First, they come with a removable insole, so I could readily take that out. Then I put in flat Dr. Scholl's air pillow insoles followed by my superhigh custom orthotics. These were deep enough to cover both the insoles and orthotics. Usually when I try to do something like this, my heel is really high in the back of the shoe and easily slips out of the heel cup. However, these have a nice deep heel AND an indented heel cup at the back with extra foam as your heel turns into your Achilles tendon. My heel still fits in the indented heel cup even with all my insoles and orthotics! Next, I usually have trouble with the shoe being too tight at the top because of my high arches. Here the strap attaches by velcro AND there is an elastic part to the strap, on the outer side of each foot. The strap fits my foot perfectly right out of the box in the neutral position. So if you have even higher arches than me there will be more strap to loosen and if you have less high arches, you will have room to tighten. There is plenty of room in the toe cup and plenty of room for the width of my insole without it looking like it is trying to poke through the sides of the shoe. They are light and airy with both mesh and fabric, which feels to me like suede but the website says it is Ethyl Vinyl Acetate. The top cap has rubber over the top. They are meant for water shoes, but for sandals this keeps your toe from bumping into things and wearing through fabric. The price is wonderful, not too expensive. Just a few complaints. At the top, over the arch, where the loop is to help you grab the loop to put them on, there is a portion of the padded fabric that comes out farther than the strap. When you put them on, this has a tendency to curl under, so I have to make sure it is not doubled under when I put the shoe on. Also, for my purposes as sandals, I would prefer they have a thicker more rigid sole. But, as I said, they were meant for water shoes. Even so, they are darn near perfect!

I really like the look of this sandal. It does fit my orthotics but it would fit better if they were just a bit wider.
