I have only been using it for a day of two now but so far it works great. Has adjustable speeds and modes as well as a feed button that turns it off for like ten minutes to allow the fish to eat without blowing food around the tank. The magnet is solid but not heavy that I worry about my tank surface. The only thing I would say it that the instruction page provided wasn't the best. It was confusing to me to understand but once I went to YouTube I was good to go.

Shocked the absoule **** out of me twice this morning and pretty sure is the reason why one of my flasher wrasses (was eating fine yesterday hasn’t came out when lights came on and he was always the first out) is missing pumps only a few months old wild …second shock was kinda my fault unplugging things to see what’s drawing current lol…also would only give partial refund unless I sent in the hunk of junk 25% of total price so thx for the 40 Buck scam not worth dealing with this cheap no saftey product also the shock was definitely in a good volatage or amperage cause instantly woke me up and showed up over night
