The sound is rock and it is loud. I'm no expert on sound systems but, I know what I like, and I like this. The CD worked perfectly and so did the remote control. We use it in our finished basement. Played Christmas tunes this Christmas. This item replaced our Sharper Image player that hung on the wall for about 12 years. Hopefully this will last for 12+ years! I recommend this.

The Jensen Music System is what I wanted: easy to set up, compact and good sound. I chose this system after our Bose died, and happily, the Jensen is a worthy substitute. Now that I've had it for several weeks, I find that it is also easy to use. Excellent product!

I wanted a clock radio that plays CDs. Simple right. The control buttons are not intuitive and complex. A remote? I need a remote to set my alarm? How stupid. I called the help number. The agent knew less than I did. Could not get the alarm to work. This is the second Jensen radio I bought. The first one was so bad I returned it. Should have learned my lesson from that one.

So turns out getting a FM radio combine with Bluetooth, MP3, and CD not so simple. Is the speaker the best possible speaker, well no. I didn’t expect it to be a Bose! However if you are looking for a simple kitchen radio or study radio this is amazing! I specifically wanted something I could use to bop around the kitchen while I cook and also when I have company over they can very easily sync up their devices to it! It’s been a very popular edition! I have used it regularly for a month! No issues! The remote is small so I did buy a Velcro sticker for it, to stick it to the back of the radio, to prevent losing it! But that’s not a complaint more than a recommendation!

Did not have USB charging or USB charger cable. No ear buds. Nice unit but not as described.
