This was not as described. It really should be a law against ripping people off. The material is very small and its described as being 3mm. Huge disappointment.

If you are looking for a flat 3mm ribbon cord, this is the solution. The colors are beautiful, the yarn is smooth, easy to tie or crochet. I made 2 crochet purses and a set of table mats (macrame). If you want to do fine macrame (like a step up in size from micro macrame) this yearn is great. I actually used a pattern for bracelets to make the table mats.I don't agree with other reviewers - the description is valid. It says right in the first line that this is flat yarn, like a ribbon. If you look at the pictures you can't miss it. I think it's a great price for the length, and I'm very happy that I found it on Amazon and don't have to deal with Etsy.

J ai acheté ce fil pour faire un sac à main. J avais besoin de 3mm. Le fil était beaucoup plus mince que cela. Ça ressemblait plutôt à 2 mm. C est pour ca que je donne 3 étoiles. Mais le fil ce travaillait tellement bien que je l ai gardé. J ai du ajouter des tours supplémentaires à mon projet. Mis apart ce petit problème, le fil est super, ce travail super bien. Donne une beau rendu et la couleur est superbe.

I love this brand. This macrame cord is correctly described. It is measured 3mm. However, keep in mind that it is flat and thin, compared to other macarame cords that are round and thick. For reference, I used 2.5 mm/4.0 crochet hook to make the bucket bag in the photo.The color of the yarn is bright and vibrant. It is exactly what is shown in the picture. It is smooth and silky and easy to work with. I used 4 rolls and only one of them unravelled. I didn't mind that it happened and didn't really bothered me. I find that it happens in other brands and types of yarn at times as well.

I used this to make a super long leash to let my indoor cat roam around outside - very sturdy and strong for that use, and way cheaper and much less thick and heavy (which was what I wanted) than the standard 100' long leashes that are generally available.
