La madera de la base está abierta. No me fueron opción de remplazar el producto y el costo del envío de la devolución era de 800 pesos, caí lo mismo que me costó el producto.

I brushed on some olive oil, put it in the oven soaked it to 500 degrees F. Opened the oven, pulled out the rack it was on and dumped two pounds of garlic and teriyaki marinated sirloin cubes with onions, and bell peppers. It said sizzle sizzle for two minutes on that side and I took tongs and flipped everything over for two more minutes. Then got my hot mittens on and placed the sizzling iron on the wood. Well, slap your Mama, that was delicious, and easy. Clean up was like my Granny showed me how to clean cast iron, just knock off the big chunk and wipe it. Nothing is gonna live that thing preheated. Do not submerge in water or dishwasher. It is cast iron, if you must scrub it just use scotchbrite litely as it is seasoned. I recommend this plate for a 3 to 4 people fajitas or 4 mignon steaks. I see myself doing pan sausage, bacon, etc in the near future.

Se le queda pegado la grasa es difícil de remover , tengo otro de otra marca y no se pega con este.

I absolutely love this product. I like to use cast iron to sear, cook and serve my tomahawk steaks. My previous cast irons would just fit one steak. This large piece easily fits two tomahawk steaks. Treat it properly as you would any cast iron piece and you won’t regret it. Everyone is just in awe with the presentation of the steak on the cast iron plate/wood tray. I like to take it off the grill a few minutes early so it continues cooking on the platter. I will definitely get a second one for when I need to make several steaks.

I bought this as a gift for my uncle and he is a cook and he surely loves it.
