5+ stars and well deserved! Thank you Jmoe team for coming up with this replacement lid for Tal / Manna Ranger bottles!I purchased 4 Tal Ranger flip top straw bottles in September of 2022. Within 2 months, 3 of the 4 lids broke. They were basically unusable after that. It's been sitting in my kitchen for all these years as I refuse to play over $10 to replace one lid at the official Tal & Manna website. On top of that, you have to pay for shipping so I might as well get a new bottle for the price I would pay.Fast forward to 2025 as I've been holding on to these bottles all these years. Every now and then I would search for a replacement lid on Amazon and still, nothing within my price range that I'm willing to pay for. These bottles go for $13 these days so why would I pay for a replacement lid if I can just buy an entirely new bottle? Such a waste of a bottle of I am going to end up buying an entirely new one! Here's the thing. Tal & Manna needs to redesign the Ranger flip top straw lid and stop selling the one that looks like the furthest on the right. The little plastic tab that covers and pulls the mouthpiece open is very, very flimsy. That is what cracked in no time and left the bottles unuseable. While I love that the protective cap can cover the mouthpiece and prevent bacteria/dirt/the elements from getting all over the mouthpiece itself, it is a defect and needs to be redesigned. I messaged with the company directly many years ago and told them this. There does not appear to be a redesign as I just saw the same bottle with the same exact lid on sale at two local stores just a few days ago. They also continue to sell the faulty replacement lid on its website.I was so pleased to see this Jmoe replacement lid and have been in touch with the manufacturer as well. I was curious why the shipping time was over a month out and he explained it was still being manufactured. While I appreciate that it is a perfect fit, I honestly wish it was a flip tag with a lock. Why? Because I do not trust that my kids will screw the lid tight to it from prevent leaking. They are kids - it's bound to happen! So while I'm excited to finally use the three bottles once again and prevent it from going into landfill, I fully expect that my kids will likely have water logged backpacks in the near future or the contents will spill wherever they leave it at school or on the field.I'm trying to do my part to be as eco-friendly as possible and continue use stainless steel bottles daily in our family. Thank you so much to the Jmoe team for designing this replacement lid. If you end up making a flip top chug lid with a push button and a lock, that is even better. My kids toss this in their bags hence it needs a covered mouthpiece and it also needs a lock. For now, I am happy and this will do! Thanks again!

It's a little tight whenever you first get it so it's hard to unscrew it but eventually it will be it's a great price too

I have a tal 40 ounce and 60 ounce ranger and both lids cracked and this fit them both perfectly! Highly recommend for tal ranger replacements.
