We got this adapter for our stroller because we have a NUNA Pipa Lite car seat. While the car seat fit into the adapter, it did not seem like it was secured very well. The car seat would be able to wobble on the stroller frame while we were pushing it around the neighborhood. Since we didn't feel like it was a very safe option, we ended up returning it.

Initially felt a little flimsy but works well and seems sturdy both on the car seat and stroller side. Does not block the car seat belt loops or the base receiver (depending on which model you have).
