Definitely does not hold 3 rolls. The unit is too short. I thought the other reviews must be using some super oversized rolls as the dimensions are almost exactly the same as other canisters zipper have in other bathrooms, that sadly are no longer made by that manufacturer any more. But the bottom of the canister has a plastic piece that is a bit thick, then the top and bottom of the liftable roll holder has some thickness to it, plus the lips for holding the rolls in place. I can physically squeeze 3 rolls in, using two hands and slightly squishing them. But this would make it very unhappy to quickly grab that first top roll when in the middle of doing your business.My options are:1. Return it.2. Live with 2 roll storage instead of 3.3. Cut the top of the liftable unit off and just use it as a lid only, no lift up portion. As that seems like it would properly fit 3 then.For them to say they solve everyday problems through intelligent design is kind of ridiculous.I use standard 2 ply Charmin from Costco. Diameter wise these would fit even larger diameter rolls than my Charmin. It is the total miss on height being too short for 3 rolls, when advertised as a 3 roll holder that get it 1 star. Otherwise the unit seems sturdy and arrived damage free.

Funciona bien y sin quejas en la construcción y firmeza del articulo, se ve lindo tambien.Quiza algo caro para los pocos rollos que puedes poner dentro de este, 3 o 4, depende del rollo.Pero lo recomiendo aun con el precio un poco alto.

L’article est de très bonne qualité mais vraiment trop cher pour ce que c’est. 3 rouleaux de PQ dans 45euros…. Bon … c’est joli

Young cats have taken to savaging TP on the holder. Hopefully, they will grow out of this obsession. Meanwhile, I needed something to keep the rolls at hand, but protected from shredding. This is just the thing. Thoughtfully designed, it will hold mega rolls easily, and has a bottom to the handle that lifts all the rolls up as you lift the lid. No problem getting to your rolls. Easy to have close to the commode, easy to move for cleaning.
