At first I was very pleased with this item, very sturdy and good quality. I bought it to protect my new sink from scratches, placed it in sink and filled the sink with water only to find that it floats so as I was washing my dishes it kept floating and I was disappointed. I suppose it would be better on the drainer but that’s not what I bought it for.

Clever pictures showing it with items weighing it down. I ran a sink of water and it sprayed everywhere with the grooves and then floats. It's a nice looking item but can't see how this is useful

I have a porcelain double sink, I really like the mats but they are not a good fit for my sink. I like them and am going to keep them even though they don't fit down as they should. I would recommend themthey for so nice wish they fit my sink better.
