minus the cheesy lid and quality of the plastic cup itself, it does the job. i just can’t use it to drink out of, the lid is weird the mouthpiece and closure over the mouthpiece to drink out of- interferes with your face is you actually try drinking from it. so that’s part is a bummer. nothing like my old ninja set, but those parts got lost years ago. for the price, it’s very much worth it. the blades are super sharp and it pulverizes whatever you put in it. just don’t over fill! lol

Works with my Oster smoothie/salsa maker perfectly. My husband and I no longer fight who gets to use the glass we both have our own glass and blades. No more peanut butter mixed into my strawberry smoothie. YAY!!

The gaskets r absolutely crap. They r so thin n don't sit right on the rim n ended up getting torn apart aftr 1 use and now the cup just exploded on me while blending my shake. The only decent thing about this set is the blade. It's sharper than most blades but nothing else is worth the money. But with how everything else has gone out I expect the blade to break too. Dont waste ur money

I packed the jar full with frozen fruit, ice, liquid, and greens. The blades had no trouble blending it up. However, the gasket is flimsy and needs to be placed between the plastic screw cap and the blade device or it will be dislodged during blending and break. It is still usable though, plus a second gasket is included.
