What a pain to build bikes bought online honestly this is why bike shops still make sense just so you don’t deal with this type of stuff

After finally finishing building the rest of the bike did I notice the seat adjuster arrived broken and had to buy a whole separate part for the seat my nephew loves it and its a great and easy assemble but the broken seat adjuster is the biggest down fall due to having now to figure out how to take the broken bolt out

This bike took over an hour to assemble, the instruction book doesn’t even list all the parts and is vague. Tried looking at YouTube and there were no videos for the cooper model. Most infuriating part was finally getting it assembled and couldn’t get air in tires had to spend 30 min researching to learn the bike has Dunlop valve stems which are normally only used in Europe and Asia. A normal fitting on an air pump will not fit. I had to go to the store and buy a new pump.Fenders were scratched upon removal from box and the included bell was broken. Other parts were bent. The shipping box was not damaged so damaged happened prior to packaging.

The manual needs to be updated to be more helpful, not a generic manual for 4 different models. The rear wheel was assembled too tight, making it difficult to pedal. I had to disassemble the bike to loosen it up a bit.
