These pins seem to be decent quality. When I work on projects that demand the highest quality, though, I order brand name components from a distributor like Digi-Key. However, these pins are convenient as they are quickly delivered and will probably work for most non-critical applications.I'm confused about the material. The description says "lead nickel copper material". Some images suggest the material is "nickel copper alloy". I think the material is nickel plated brass. I would like clarification on this.The price is way too high. JRready is catering to a market of hobbyists and DIYers but asking for a price that is comparable to or higher than components from the original manufacturer (TE Connectivity). Professionals, who know better, are not likely to even look for parts here. Thus, people shopping for this item are probably unaware that they are paying a premium for knock-off parts.

I had a project converting a cars AC fan from the received connectors to the Deutsch. The pins crimped up as expected and fit inside of the connector housing as expected no issues with the DTP pins I used for this project.
