I actually bought these for a different purpose than canning... So I can scoop messy cut up frozen fruit and yogurt to make natural ice cream with my thrift store found Dessert Bullet. The produce needs to be put down a shoot/sleeve, to the grinder, and the usual supplied 'lip' bowl was missing. The bottom hole of this smaller funnel fits the shoot stem almost perfectly. No more scooping ingredients that miss the shoot and end up on the counter! (I am sure I will use these for canning type purposes as well!)

Our garden is starting to come in and I really love the size of the larger funnel. The actually opening could be a tiny bit larger, but I love the upper portion because you can put quite a bit of food into it and not spill over onto the stove lol. I haven't used the small one yet, but have been mainly canning with wide mouth jars, so haven't needed the smaller funnel yet. It cleans up well and has been used through about 50+ jars of canning product so far and still looks brand new.

For canning if you're not using these funnels, you're making it harder than it needs to be. Easy to clean, fits the jars perfectly. A LOT less mess than before!
