They make onigiri so easy! Gone are my days of ugly onigiri! These are awesome so much easier to fill and stuff my rice balls. They make even sized tasty rice balls that no longer fall apart! Of course this is also the type of rice you choose to use and how far you cook it but the fact it can compress the balls tight enough is awesome! You lay this on your plate and separate the inside piece then place a small scoop of rice then your filling (I have been enjoying pickled italian peppers cauliflower carrot mix) then more rice to cover your stuffing and then you press it down with the other piece firmly, remove extra pressure then push it out with the inside piece and you have a perfect onigiri! I can knock out 2 cups of rice worth on onigiri super fast now super efficient and functional. The price of these are just right too! Personally only needed one but if I ever have help (HAHHAHAH YEAH RIGHT) then it would go even faster!

I have used these several times now and they are wonderful! Rice is normally sticky, but with this you can make rice balls with ease! Despite the rice being hot, it did not get damaged, so it seems pretty durable. I was easily able to remove the lid the mold from the rice ball. It functions just as intended. This is definitely worth the buy! I especially loved hearing from the seller, letting me know how much pride they take in their as they should!
