Proceso de instalación:
Antes de instalar el sensor, lee cuidadosamente el módulo de guía de instalación para asegurarte de que el sensor está correctamente programado con el dispositivo TPMS antes de la instalación.
Después de ajustar la válvula y el cuerpo del sensor a un ángulo adecuado (generalmente, utiliza un ángulo máximo de 30°), aprieta los tornillos para conectarlos de forma segura.
Cada vez que el neumático se repara y desmonta o el sensor se desmonta y reemplaza, la junta de goma, la tuerca y el núcleo de la válvula deben reemplazarse por piezas originales de Daotong para garantizar la estanqueidad.

Es necesario utilizar una herramienta TPMS adecuada para aprender el nuevo sensor D, por ejemplo: Herramienta de ajuste de presión de neumáticos TS508, T66.
Pasos de aprendizaje:
1. Instala el sensor de presión de los neumáticos correctamente, sigue la etiqueta del neumático (generalmente ubicada en el marco de la puerta) e infla todos los neumáticos al valor nominal.
2. Empezando con la rueda delantera izquierda, utiliza la herramienta TPMS para activar cada sensor en orden de neumático delantero izquierdo, delantero derecho, trasero izquierdo, trasero izquierdo y neumático de repuesto completo (si los hubiera).
3. Gira el interruptor de encendido a la posición ON, conecta la herramienta TPMS a la interfaz OBD II y utiliza la función de aprendizaje OBD para escribir el identificador del sensor.
4. Primero apague y luego encienda el interruptor de encendido, y conduzca continuamente durante 10 minutos a una velocidad de 25-100 km/h para garantizar que el sistema de presión de los neumáticos funcione correctamente (el valor de presión de los neumáticos se muestra normalmente).

Walmart did the swap, but their machine couldn't relearn the new sensor. Purchased a $12 relearn tool here (JDIAG 2IN1 TPMS Relearn Tool Super EL50448) and in 10 minutes, had the vehicle reading from the new sensor. Tire shop quoted $100 for each sensor installed and programmed...

I have wasted time an money installing two of the four TPMS in my truck. They are defective. After all that work of manually installing these TPMSs, neither of the two sensor will learn in my vehicle.I used the Ford scanning tool and I also did the deflating the tire method. I went from 38 psi all the way down to 18 psi and it never communicated with my vehicle.After installing two of these new TPMS, and then removing them because they failed, I took one apart and I measured the open circuit voltage of the internal coin type battery that is spot welded to the internal circuit board. The "2032" size coin type battery cell when new should have about 3.6 volts in an open circuit situation. The battery I removed measured 2.99 volts which is low for a brand new battery.

These worked for my 2016 F150. I almost returned them because the method of pushing the flashers 6 times wasn't working. I had a cheap relearn tool and returned it and got the Ford Motorcraft tool and still nothing. I ended up finding a video showing the right way to pair NEW sensors. I think the other way is just for when you rotate the tires with sensors that are already paired to the vehicle. The way I did it was- press and release brake, ignition on-off-on-off-on, press and release brake, ignition off-on-off-on-off-on. The truck then goes into training mode and you start at the left front tire and work clockwise around the truck with the relearn tool. Hopefully that helps someone fix theirs, I was about to give up when I finally found the right way to do it.
