They were easy to put in fit tight but the only way I could get them to work was by bending the little tabs up to make contact, even then they only worked for the brake/running lights where as the old plugs work and are js crispy

These didn't work out of the box and it had me looking for a problem elsewhere in the system. Only after I swapped in working sockets from the other taillight did I take a closer look at these sockets and discovered the little metal tabs that complete the circuit in the plate they attach to were not sticking up enough to engage the contacts. Once I bent them into place, these sockets worked fine.
