Fun design and art work. Great for decor not so much for daily use. They are thin and the cork layer onto the he bottom is slim. They stick to the condensation on glasses when you got o pick them up. Maybe they would be great to hang up as art work.

As a huge Star Wars fan, I was excited to add these coasters to my collection, especially with their adorable designs and high-quality images. The artwork is fantastic, and my family loves the little touches on each one. However, there was one funny mix-up that had us laughing – one of the coasters featured Scar from The Lion King instead of Chewbacca. It was obvious when we read the phrase "AARRGGHHAARRRGRAAHH!" and quickly realized the mistake. It gave us a good chuckle, but definitely took us out of the Star Wars vibe for a moment!Unfortunately, while the designs are cute, these coasters fall short in terms of functionality. The bottom is made of a very thin cork layer, and the top is made of what seems like laminated cardstock, which doesn't absorb moisture at all. After setting a cold drink on them, the water collects on top of the coaster, and since they’re so lightweight, they stick to the bottom of the glass when you go to pick it up. If you're unaware that the coaster is stuck to the glass, it will eventually fall off while you're in the middle of taking a swig and this causes the water to drip all over the table, defeating the purpose of the coasters.I give these coasters 5 stars for aesthetic appeal--the designs are fun and the quality of the images is great, but 3 stars for functionality due to lack of absorption. So, on average, they come in at 4 stars for me.
