These are awful. They are not heavy enough to stand up when thrown and don’t move through the air well. Sent them back.

I ordered these for my boys as I remember having quite a bit of fun with the original style lawn darts back in the 80s. These are much much safer for kids to use, but you still have to be careful as they do weigh enough to still cause some pain if you get struck. Instead of tossing them laterally across the yard, my sons have been dropping them from their fort at the target. These have taken a beating for a couple months now and they have held up well. My wife and I did play a couple rounds in the traditional manner and we noticed that these do not fly or correct themselves as well as the original style. We still had fun with them and we plan on taking them to the beach over spring break.Decent product, just be aware that they do not fly or correct themselves very well.

I ordered the Tolevoit outdoor lawn games dart set to take to my mountain cabin and add to our outdoor activities’ games collection. We have lots of board games, puzzles, etc. for when we have rainy days but we wanted to add some additional games for our grandkids to chose from to play outdoors. These remind me the old lawn dart sets from when I was growing up but these are much safer to use. The set comes with two yellow rings and two sets of different colored two lawn darts. I had my two teenage grandsons take them out in our common grassy area of our townhomes in the winter cold and test them out. They seemed to think they will be a fun addition to the other outdoor games we already have at our cabin.

This lawn dart game set is a super portable and a fun easy game for a range of different ages. It is nice for outdoors on the grass, camping, or even in the sand at the beach. The darts are made with a soft rubber bottom and they are not too heavy but heavy enough that they can be thrown and land into the ring that is included. The ring can be smaller or made into a larger size. It is hard to get the darts to land standing up very much but they can land in the ring lying down and it is fine. It would have been nice to have the instructions of how to play the game included but they were easy enough for me to find online.

I ordered these lawn darts to entertain my grandkids (age 9 & 10) while camping. The game held their attention for about 10 minutes. Although playing in the grass, I guess the ground was still too hard and the darts tended to do a lot of bouncing and that seemed to frustrate them more than entertain them. They had too much difficulty trying to second guess how the dart was going to bounce once it hit the ground. They really weren't up for that particular challenge. There wasn't a nice soft sandy area on our campsite to try them out, so the lawn darts were put back in the bag and forgotten. Even though my crew didn't exactly give them a thorough workout the darts do seem to be fairly sturdy. The weighted rubber end while not completely solid (it has some give) is weighty and could probably cause a bruise if it landed on just the right spot. So, although not as dangerous as regular darts, I would still exercise caution. The "feather" end is plastic and I can't say with a lot of certainty it will stand up under duress. But, on the other hand, the plastic is somewhat flexible and therefore, probably not as likely to snap off if hit against a hard surface. The goal rings are flimsy and easily knocked around by the darts when contact is made. But that does make them easy to roll up and store in the bag. Overall, the darts seem sturdy enough. maybe the grands will appreciate them more as they get older. Maybe...
