The ratchet is inexpensive but works okay. It has more teeth than a similar compact ratchet I have, so it's fairly smooth. The bit driver socket in the end of the ratchet handle is all plastic, so only of use when the fastener is already loose. The sockets aren't good: very shallow and made with inexpensive material. But I got the set for the ratchet and bits, not for the sockets. (If the sockets are important to you, you might want to look at other options.) The bit selection is good, and they seem to be good quality. (I wanted a good set of hex bits, and most sets tend to have few hex and more Torx. This set was better for my needs.) The case on mine is missing the closure tabs so doesn't stay closed. (Update: the seller reached out and made it right. I appreciate good customer service!) I like it based on the bit selection and low price. I'm using the ratchet and one rack of bits in my bike toolkit (I swapped a couple of the bits between the racks to get just the right set for my bike); it's a nice, compact kit for that purpose.)

I love it except the fact that it shows that it comes with security torx bits. It doesn't. The torx bits are not security bits but just regular torx bits. I originally ordered this just for the security torx bits and setup a return, however I fell in love with the mini ratchet and ended up keeping it and ordering another security torx bit set. It comes in handy and it works well. Great in small places. Wish the bit holders were labeled with the bits they held. Sockets are cheap, I already had the metric socket set from Walmart similar to the Makita ones that are impact rated and fit perfectly. Figured it was worth keeping for the ratchet and the bits. Case is horrible. I've seen other rachets like this for this price or more so worth it for that alone. It is only 32 teeth so don't expect this to be a main ratchet, for heavy use, or too much torque. But it's worth it for small bolts and many different screws especially in tight places.Just be aware NO SECURITY TORX BITS!!!

This is the kind of tool you never knew you needed. It's a must for screwing/unscrewing in tight spaces and corners. I liked that it came with a wide assortment of interchangeable heads. It worked very well.

Excellent for tight spaces. I used it to drop the furnace control box without taking off the burner pipes.

This is a great portable set that fits nicely in the glove box. I ordered this set because it had more sockets than others, especially sizes most frequently used. I wish it came in a more durable case. I was hoping for a zippered case or something that wasn’t plastic that can break easily, but for the price, it was well worth it.
