Thing worked well out of the bag it came in but I threw it out. The hands came mangled and unusable. I didn't try to do a warranty return because I didn't want the hands anyway.I wanted to use it to replace a movement in a novelty clock so I wanted to use the hands that came with the original clock. Little did I realize that there are a few different size standards for hands on movements of this type and my old hands didn't fit.Be sure your hands will fit before buying. I went another route after throwing this movement in the garbage.
