On my son's request, I bought this for him. He does not cook, but can fry a few eggs and boil instant noodles. To make the Japanese egg take patient, that is something that he does not have, which is true to the young generation, but that is a story for another day. He used immediately after we got it and cleaned it. He now uses at least once a week, I actually see this as a training for his patient and improve his cooking skills. The recipe he found on YT is actually pretty good. Now he is learning how to make sweet rice so he can make sushi with it. That is the story, here is the actual product review, it comes with everything that needs to make Tamago. It even include 3 molds to either cut or cook the egg inside. Easy clean, heats evenly as long as heat coils covers the pan. Spatula to flip the egg and chopsticks for authentic eating enjoyment. Recommended.

This is an amazing pan. Super efficient. Perfect for eggs in a blanket. You will find it hard to stop using it. One caution though. !!!Cook on low heat or due to the ultra high efficiency it is very easy to scald the bottom of the egg. Rolling and flipping the eggs are very simple and fun. Love this so much i bought several abd gave them as presents to those i love.You won't be disappointed and will fine it fun.Pre mix your eggs in a bowl and beat with a fork or wisk. Add cheese and green onions with salt and pepper. Pre heat the pan with a bit of butter or cooking oil spray. Wait for a glimpse of smoke or the butter melts. Then dump eggs in middle of pan,and rock the pan back and forth to even the eggs out. Once the eggs are cooked at one end of the pan lift the pan up on a angle and roll the eggs in a roll. Plate and enjoy.....Adam

I love my nea toy. It’s easy to make fried eggs & use it for my sushi. Perfect shape too!
