After having the same pots and pans for decades. This is the biggest relief ever. non-stick at its finest. The handles coming off are the best for small spaces. I do not recommend using metal utensils on this cookware or rough scrappers for cleaning.My only complaint is the lids. They keep a good seal but the holes allow a lot more steam out this I prefer. The hole that goes around the handle plus the vent hole makes are both not necessary.

This set is a nice set for small kitchens. With everything being able to sit within each other, it's easy store and space saving. I don't know how long they will last with daily use but they seem to work for now.

Nice compact set of pans. After reading some of the other reviews my expectations were not high but after I received them I was pleasantly surprised.They are actually heavier than I expected and the handle feels very sturdy. They heat up evenly and quickly with good non stick surface.These are not a replacement for a set of All-Clad pans but the point is they’re compact and easy to store which is exactly what they do.The only complaint I have is there is only one lid and it only fits one pan. That’s quite clear in the description and these are priced lower than other removable handle pans so it’s not really a complaint just a nice if there was another lid.

I picked these up for my niece, who is staying at my place while she's going to college. I wanted her to have her own pans because I use mine for catering and I am kind of picky about how they get used and cleaned. Overall, these pans are pretty much exactly what I expected from a ceramic pan--less non-stick than a typical teflon pan, but a bit more scratch resistant and durable. So far, they seem to clean up pretty easily and the fact that the handle nests into the pans makes them super easy to store. I thought the handle might be a bit flimsy, since it's not attached, but I've been quite pleasantly surprised so far at how well it grips and lifts the pan, even for my niece who is quite small and not particularly strong. Once she moves into a student apartment, where space is always limited, I'm sure the nesting handle will be really handy there too. Overall, this is a very nicely priced, reasonably functional, decent quality starter set. You can buy it, use it for a few years, then upgrade. For the price, I think this is pretty solidly 4 stars.
