Amazing trampoline our kiddos love it. It has already brought hours of fun our first week of owning it. I ordered the 8ft because we have a smaller yard and it fit perfect. Though it’s the smaller size my two toddlers are able to jump together with plenty of space. The size also does not hinder its bounce and springiness. The safety netting and poles are very sturdy and well made. This is a pretty attractive trampoline. My neighbor has the same size trampoline that she purchased for twice the money and its not nearly as nice. It was pretty quick and easy to put together. It states it requires two people but I was able to manage solo. The only two issues I had so is the pull the string on the zipper instantly came unseen. Not a huge issue as I was able to just tie it on. The other problem was I didn’t really care for the stakes it came with. I really didn’t understand how they could hold anything down. Overall extremely happy with my purchase.

Shipping was not a good experience, customer support was great in sending replacement boxes to ensure I got it by Christmas.Product is excellent. Went with the biggest one, was easy to assemble and sturdy. You need separate stakes to prevent wind from carrying it off.

I purchased the Jumpzylla 14’ Trampoline for my kids, and it’s been a hit! Assembly took my husband and me about two hours with the clear instructions and included tools—pretty straightforward for a trampoline this size. The 14’ diameter is perfect for our yard, and the 450 lbs weight limit means even adults can join the fun. The safety features, like the enclosure net and curved poles, give me peace of mind while my kids bounce away. The bounce is smooth and responsive, though not as high as some pricier models, but it’s more than enough for family fun. We did buy extra heavy-duty stakes after reading about wind issues, which I’d recommend. What really stands out is Jumpzylla’s customer service—I had a missing bolt, and they sent a replacement within days. For the price, this trampoline is a great value and keeps the kids entertained for hours!

Apart from this being a well built and sturdy trampoline, I was more impressed by the company and the staff. When you reach out to the company for any problems, they have a sense of urgency to help resolve whatever issue you have. I live in Southern California and we have really strong winds where I live. Recently we had a high wind even that brought gusts of 80-100mph. Our trampoline was tied down but the winds still lifted and shifted the trampoline which damaged some of the parts. I reached out to the staff by email and they didn’t hesitate to assist me in getting the parts that were damaged. They were sympathetic to my situation and like I said before they had a sense of urgency that made me feel important to them, I really appreciated that. Thank you Gia and everyone else that assisted me with the issue. When you have a great company that takes care of their customers needs, it’s a no brainer to get any product from them.

All the grandchildren had a blast jumping in this trampoline! The bounce is great! It was easy to put together and the safety factor is much appreciated. Springs are covered with final flap and on the outside of the safety net.
