We pressed & dried funeral flowers in books for a few weeks and mounted them with a little modpodge on one side. This was a great choice to use.

Ultimately it is pretty but I placed a few very slim dried flowers and had to work so hard to close it- I was worried I would break it

Nice quality for my pressed flower displays. There is no hanging chain included as the picture indicates but I used a ribbon.

I dried flowers for my work friend who had just lost her brother with flowers coworkers had given her. She loved it and it was so easy to close even with thicker flowers. I also dried flowers from my garden which turned out great as well.

The frames are heavy duty and well built. However the Black frames, when unboxed they were absolutely FILTHY. Whatever is done to blacken the frame edges is apparently done when the glass is in place, resulting in the glass becoming streaked and smeared with sooty nastiness. The black soot/gunk actually rubbed off on my hands as I was trying to wipe the glass clean, which took quite some time and several paper towels. The glass has also been tinted from this process, it is not entirely clear, but is slightly yellowish or brown. If you're looking for "smokey" colored glass it should work just fine. Otherwise, it's a sad end result for an otherwise nice frame.
