When you come home after 7 weeks of training and both your wife and a significant amount of stuff is gone you have to regroup. Get on Amazon, order new stuff, get on Tinder order a new wife. LOL.So the Amazon guy and I are on a first-name basis now and I've been building cupboards, nightstands and side tables for days. These chairs were ordered to replace some chairs in front of the bedroom fireplace.Out of all the things I have put together in the last week this one was the one that stood out. Beautifully packaged, fastened to a thin piece of wood for protection with not too much styrofoam and other wrapping materials. Minimizing waste while maximizing protection during shipping, I love it.Easy and quick to put together, clear directions, great looking, comfortable chairs. The whole process was 100% frustration-free. Best buy of this shopping spree!

This chair looks great. It looks like a much more expensive product. Assembly was easy and very comfortable. It comes up high in the back so it’s supportive and comfortable.

Bad news: I found nearly every complaint in other ratings to be true. Because I have some experience with manufacturing & assembly it was easy for me to do workarounds like using a hair dryer to make poorly made plastic hole caps pliable enough to tap in and truing up bolt holes to align with receivers. Nothing is drilled with true-up jigs or machines, all hand tools by poorly trained operators. Terrible quality control if any. This is the downside of the classic cheap poorly trained labor vs capital investment ( some form of automation) decision.Good news: 1. There was confusion between Amazon & FedEx as to when the delivery would be made. I contacted vendor who was very cooperative & responded quickly. 2. There were several bolt holes starts at one spot ruining the fabric. I contacted vendor with an image of the damage and was offered $20 so I could get it fixed. They probably have to do this alot.This is probably worth the $150 if you don't mind the baloney.
