they charged up good, I'll write a review in a few weeks after using them in real life.

Great extra batteries for my camera. Fit well into my charger and last a long time. What I really like is the perfect fit into my camera. Had other spare batteries that must have been a slight bit bigger and would not pop out and were a real pain to get out. These work just like the mfg batteries. Would recommend if you need a spare or to replace.

Camera batteries do not last forever, and when you are on-the-road a reliable battery is essential. Digital cameras that take high definition video will quickly drain a weak battery, and you do not want to be disappointed a critical time.My old Canon batteries were showing their age, and I wanted to be certain that I had a few fully charged units for a long trip. For every trip, I always carry a set of four so that I am never without a fully-charged battery.These batteries are compatible with the standard Canon charger (CB-2LC) and appear to hold a complete charge as new units. Kastar batteries are also attractively priced as a two-pack which is the choice I made.

(I got the 2 pack)Got this because I wanted more power than the 920mah from Canon's NB-10L and didn't want to spend the big bucks Canon wants.Kastar's battery is waaaayy more economical - especially if you get the two pack - and they claim it has 1400mah. Over 50% more than Canon!Well, no.I have two of Canon's NB-10Ls. They seem to be lightly used (came with the G15 I bought recently and that had less than 2,000 shots on it).Each of those NB-10Ls is good for recording 105 minutes of video.I tested both of the Kastars the same way. 122 minutes and 123 minutes.Better but not nearly 50% better.Considering the price difference I'm quite happy."But how long do they hold a charge?"I don't know yet. I'll compare the Canons with the KaStars and if there's a significant difference I'll update the review.
