The Bird seed bag was torn in the corner. Some spilled out into packing box, aprox. 1/2 C and onto other items in package. For the price, this shouldn't be expected. Obviously this may have affected the freshness of the seed.

The only Parakeet food my two little birds will eat. I've tried them on several substitutes but they stubbornly will only eat this, which became a problem when the store I bought it from stopped carrying it in favor of another brand. I hoped they would eat the other brand but no such luck so after scrapping up as much from the last bag as possible searched Amazon and found this and ordered it. Now they are happy birds again.
