These pants are thick, incredibly warm and soft, even after 50+ washes—no fading, and the inside is still plush! The only downside is they run big, so I have to fold them over at the waist for my daughters because they're big where the legs connect at the front. If you have a tall kid, this would be good pants, no folding needed. They’re perfect for cold weather!

My granddaughter loves these leggings and wears them constantly!! I purchased another pair for her cause she wears them so much!! Very thick and comfortable.

My son was recently gifted a Dream trip to NYC to be Buddy the Elf in the big city. The costume I ordered was great....except the thin tights included. We knew NYC would be way too cold for thin tights.These pants were the PERFECT warm alternative! I was so pleased to see these soft fleece pants in the perfect shade of yellow! When they arrived, they were exactly as pictured. It was in the 40s when we were there for Christmas, so we did pair them with thermal underwear. But I would imagine these pants would keep a typical active child very warm on their own--they are excellent quality. My son is 17 and weighs about 55 lbs. Size 12-14 fit him beautifully. We found some yellow thermal socks (also on Amazon) that matched the pants well and gave the appearance of tights. So if you're looking for warmer costume options, these comfy cozy pants are an excellent find!

The color and the contrast with the lining color is attractive in the grey. The navy blue one does not have this contrast. It feels good and seems like it will be very warm. I suspect that it will fit only very skinny girls
