Very easy to build, just line up the pieces and screw in the screws. Only complaint is that it doesn't come with any instructions.All pieces have a protective film on them that gives the pieces a translucent look. I think it's optional to rip off the film since there's a little card explaining how to rip it off and the film is hard to start the peeling process. Once you peel the films, the pieces are all clear.The stand seems sturdy but I wouldn't put heavy or glass things on it just to be safe honestly. All in all, it's perfect for my keyboards or for folders or papers.

This is a nice way to organize and storage keyboards and other keyboard related accessories. I highly recommend you put your heaviest keyboard at the bottom as the acrylic is not that strong. I have my lightest keyboards on top and still bends down. That’s OK as long as it doesn’t break. The most annoying thing about this keyboard stand is the protective film. They have covering it. I know it’s super protective from scratches during shipping, but it was close to impossible to get it off. The screws are also or maybe plastic so don’t overtighten or you will break them. The good news is you get an extra set just in case you do. Overall, it’s pretty good. It’s easy to assemble. It looks nice and it holds four of my keyboards. I may pick up another one for the rest of the keyboards I have.

This stand is specifically designed for mechanical keyboard enthusiasts as I find myself frequently switching between various types of switches like blue or reds, boards with different stylized key caps, and quickly changing productivity or gaming mice. Storage space is ample to have 3 (or at most 4) keyboards with tenkeyless up to 68 key maximum width.All my keyboards tend to stick out from side edges about 0.75" to 1.5" inch which is a caveat when it comes to style but still maintains key caps from building up dust. This also makes my keyboards easier to grab for quickly changing between them.// Build QualityThe acrylic is artisanally shaped with precision trimmed edges and well aligned holes on both top and bottom shelves. All of the curvatures bend smoothly in a crystal clear finish without sharp corners, refraction, or bubbling in acrylic material. One of the shelves did come with a slight scratch on its top surface visible after peeling off opaque film.It can be assembled with opaque film attached but there are bubbles and makes the acrylic look frosted in appearance. I like its clear transparent look but it would have looked better if it was in black colored acrylic finish although transparent does a better job at hiding scratches and dust particles.Oddly this keyboard stand does seem to attract a lot of dust particles and fingerprints on acrylic surface which has static properties but relatively quick to clean using soft microfiber cloth which isn't included.Small issue for durability is an overlooked flaw cause it lacks rubber feet on its bottom meaning the stand slides around on certain types of desks and tables causing light scratches on its acrylic.// CapacityIn terms of size each shelf measures about 5" deep by 10.5" length and space clearance of 2.33" height between. Since top shelf is curved it increases clearance to 2.5" at peak capacity. The size is basic enough for plastic build mechanical keyboards after folding rise feet closed or keyboards which don't have laddered key switches but it may not fit all computer peripherals.Space for mice is about 1.66" inches across to hold most small wireless laser or trackballs but has rather limiting downward curve of only 1.2" width and same 10.5" length across. A caveats of mice storage compartment is they keep tipping over on sides because logically most mice have round edges which is hard to keep vertical.Its really four shelves with top angle making space for 3 to 4 keyboards and mice depending on size. Stand looks much better using wireless peripherals or aviator style plugs although there isn't any specific compartment to store cables and sharp metal plugs do cause scuffs & scratches on acrylic surface. These are just some of the few limitations when it comes to using this acrylic stand.Overall this mechanical keyboard stand not just looks awesome but it's functional for cleaning up desk space by having keyboards & mice neatly organized to showcase different key switches and keycaps by leaving boards plugged in with RGB lighting effects illuminating through this acrylic material.

From the very beginning I've had issues with the middle shelf having less room than the ones above and below it. I think that piece was made at a slight angle, possibly a QC issue. The way this is built, the middle shelf is inaccessible unless you slide the keyboard in from the side. You cannot remove or put in the keyboard from the front. It also cannot support the weight of any aluminum/metal mechanical keyboards. An attempt to put one on any shelf other than the bottom makes the whole thing bend forward.I'm using this while waiting to purchase a different shelf (and will likely return) but it's sad that the idea didn't work out for me. It's still pretty, very easy to assemble, and if you have lightweight/low profile keyboards like an apple magic keyboard or maybe a logitech mxmini, this should work for you. But for my use case it's not great.EDIT: The original seller reached out to me and it's clear they have a commitment to providing good customer service and a good product. If you don't plan on putting heavy keyboards on this or if used for other items (notepads, stationary etc), the stand itself is very pretty (very transparent and well packaged at arrival, no yellowing or scratches) and will support lightweight items. For that reason I'm updating my review to 4.5 stars.
