Followed all the instruction and even looked on line, but this was a dud. Will try to get money back but from all the reviews. Your going to have to gamble.

Key showed up on the day promised and it looks OE quality. They key programing procedure worked perfectly. The only problem was non of the buttons for the integrated fob would work. I searched the procedure to program the fob and found a video. I followed the few steps in the video and the fob works perfectly. The seller needs to update their site for this. Other than that I'm very happy.

I bought this key as a 2nd key for 2011 Ford Fusion, which I bought with only one working key.After almost 3 years with just one key, the thought of having to go to a dealer for getting a 2nd key was too much.After I bought the key, the first time i cut it at Lowe's. The machine bent and damaged the key. They said they had never experienced this before and gave me a key and cut it for free to show the fault was not their's.I notified the seller and after few emails of negotiations, seller generously agreed to ship me a 2nd key for free. Really appreciate this gesture!Using key fob programming procedure, I was able to get the fob to lock/unlock doors/trunk without any issue.I took seller's advice and went to a local locksmith and this time the key was cut without any issue.Using a programming software, I was able to add this key and successfully start the engine.The only four star is for the thickness. But, if you go to a local locksmith, this shouldn't be an issue.Highly recommend this product and seller.From a highly satisfied customer that avoided paying $$$ to the dealer.

These keys work absolutely flawlessly! I was able to program the buttons easily and once I got the keys cut, was able to program the keys in less than a minute. I am so glad that I was able to save a lot of money by not having to buy replacement keys through the dealership. Now I have 2 brand new keys to replace the ones that were totally falling apart. It was also nice because one was so broken that it barely turned so after I programmed the first key, I was able to use it to program the second. The only thing about it though, is that places like Lowes and Home Depot (at least the ones near me) were unable to cut the key. Fortunately, there is a local key shop near my work that cut them for free.

Key arrived a little sooner than expected so that was nice. On my key the chip had to be programed separately from the remote buttons. Had I read the packaging I would have realized that but I did not so I was a little upset when I first programed the chip and the buttons did not work. Once I got back to my office the next morning and read the packaging i realized there were two steps. I looked at the website provided and within 4 minutes the buttons were programed and both the key and the buttons were working perfectly. I was a little concerned that I had to have the key cut before I could program it but as there was no issue with the programing it was a non issue.
