Easy to use. Easy to follow instruction for placing on wall. Easy to follow instructions for both installation of sheets and dispensing sheets.If the dispenser is in residence or small company -- where you don't have to worry about theft or destruction to property, you can hang it up on the wall with two nails. If you prefer, use the screw set that comes with the dispenser.There is only one key for opening this at the top. It's sort of like a wide 2 prong fork which is simply to release the mechanism to remove and replace packs of toilet seat covers. There is no real "lock" on this. Just a key for opening it.There is ONLY one key. If you have any need to be concerned about loss of it, have another key duplicated for you at a shop.The key comes with a hole in it for hanging it on a key chain or in a key locker. If you don't have to worry about it being lost or stolen, put it away in a drawer and identify it, or hang it on a nail in a secure position where it won't be lost or stolen.Great products (seat covers and dispenser) by Kimberly Clark Professional.I highly recommend this product and the toilet seat covers it is made to dispense.

I found that for the price they were easy to install and I was able to set it up so anyone in the office could refill the holder without a tool.
