As part of the current trend where older Kia's and Hyundai's (2011-2021) can be hot wired easily the Antitheft Device is needed.The items fits the wheel pretty good. You need to test where you place it on the wheel so it limits how much the wheel can move. On one of my cars it fix exact between the seat and the center counsel. On the other it needs to be above the dashboard below the front window. So insure you play with it a bit to find the least amount of travel.You also need to place the wheel in the proper orientation before turning off the car since it is harder to turn the steering wheels and actual wheels without the power steering on.The only major downside is that I wish this came in solid stainless steel version. The clasp around the wheel looks sort of like a pot metal that other club/antitheft devices have been shown to be easy to break. Until my manufacture fixes the issues I am not willing to test the device myself. I will update if that changes.

when I got the package, I thought there was a mistake. the box was so light, I even thought that there was nothing inside it... once I opened it, I confirmed that the product was actually inside. not a very good first impression if you ask me.The materials and the finish are very cheap, I'm afraid it will leave markings in the steering wheel.the only positive thing is that it is bright yellow, and sits at the top of the steering wheel, so it is very visible and might deter someone from attempting to steal the car, but I would not trust it to prevent theft altogether. I bet a good yank it's all is needed to remove it from the wheel.
