I have always used Kirkland Paper Towels so to avoid a trip to Costco I ordered them through Amazon. They arrived in a poor quality outer box that totally compressed the towels so now they are flat, not round and don't work on their dispensers. If they weren't so bulky and awkward I would take them back to Amazon. This is a third party seller so it doesn't seem fair to expect Amazon to handle the return anyway.
