It was pretty small sticks, I am used to much larger ones

These sticks literally do nothing to the water. If anything, they make the water taste like it went bad if you leave it for a couple days. It only tasted like filtered water the first time I used it. I try to sanitize with boiling water for the smell and safety. My partner also said it looks like a turd in my water bottle.

Sticks are small and after rinsing, boiling and allowing to dry…. I placed in my drink and overnight I noticed black specks In my water

We have been using Kishu charcoal for over two years with excellent results. In addition to providing clean drinking water, when they are retired we use them in our refrigerator to control odors. Highly recommended!
