This is a great kit for the average homeowner, maybe the DIYer. These fit that bill perfectly and I am very happy. Cable quality seems decent, and they indicate a 3 year warranty.

When tracing down an electrical problem in your car, you shouldn't just jam the test leads that came with your digital voltmeter into the car's electrical connectors. That can spread out the connectors, creating a NEW electrical problem. And if you don't jam them in and spread the connector, you're stuck trying to hold the probes onto metal while doing anything else you need to do, and wondering if it's intermittent because of a wire, the connector, or your fumble fingers. The solution is to use a set of leads that has the right size pins. This is such a kit.The gold standard for kits like this is the AESWave kit. This is a lower-price knockoff. The wires maybe aren't as durable. Instead of a case where every wire has a slot, this kit sorta jams them into a few pockets and you'll have to sort them out every time. For that reason, a professional mechanic will probably be better off getting the name-brand kit.But this kit is less than half the price of the AESWave kit, and includes a few things that the AESWave kit doesn't, like potentiometers. (How useful they are, that's a different question.) For occasional use, that makes up for the less-than-ideal organization. And you'll feel more confident the problem is in the actual wiring, not in how you're using the connector.

Well made, supple flexible wire. Connectors are nice, potentiometers is a slick idea because there's many times where you need those for testing connections for oil pressure sensors etc. Great buy for the price.

Some of the pins are kind of small. Still gets the job done and is very convenient. Good value considering time saved

This YUANRI 68-piece multimeter test leads kit offers a lot of versatility for automotive and electronic testing, though it's not without a few minor issues. The kit's variety is impressive. With 48 multimeter leads, various clips, probes, and connectors, it covers most testing scenarios you're likely to encounter. I particularly appreciate the inclusion of back probes, which are great for accessing hard-to-reach connectors without damaging wires.Compatibility is a strong point. The leads worked well with my multimeter and oscilloscope, and the kit seems suitable for a wide range of vehicles and electronic devices. The color coding is helpful for keeping things organized and ensuring proper connections. The carrying case is a nice touch. It keeps everything organized and protected, which is crucial given the number of small parts in the kit. However, there are a few drawbacks to consider. The quality of some components, particularly the alligator clips, feels a bit lacking. They work, but I have concerns about their long-term durability. Also, while the variety is great, it can be overwhelming at first. A more detailed manual or quick-start guide would have been helpful for less experienced users. The price point feels a bit high for the overall quality, but the 3-year warranty does provide some peace of mind.Overall, this kit is a solid choice for hobbyists, auto mechanics, or anyone who frequently works with electronics. It offers a comprehensive set of tools for various testing needs, but be prepared for a slight learning curve and some potential durability issues with certain components.
