So far it works exactly as stated in the Amazon listing. looks good. I can't vouch for all of the functions because I am UNABLE TO purchase the batteries needed for my Specta Air drone.

Great charger, but some things you should know. Be sure to power with 100W usb c power bricks & cables, I'm using 2x Anker Nano's. If charging Air3S batteries you need to be sure to update the firmware on the charger by downloading the "Polying" app & pairing the charger via the app. After selecting the "+" in the app to add device your charger should after a few seconds display a Bluetooth symbol on its screen. While the symbol is displayed you need to press the top button on the charger to the right of the screen to confirm pairing. This step was not immediately obvious or a parent and if you don't press the button it will not pair and the app will time out after about 25 seconds. Once paired, the app will sit there for a while before it initiates the firmware update. Just leave the app open and wait for the update to prompt for install. Once you've installed the update the app should be fully functional and give you some much-needed options like muting the built-in sound and turning off the screen. I gave it a 4 out of 5 because the firmware update process was not the most straightforward, and it wasn't immediately obvious that the "Polying" app was in fact the correct application.

I was about to send this back because it keep making my Air 3S batteries throw a 3 blink error code on the third LED indicating input over voltage. I would happen to just one battery out of three installed in the charger and would change to different batteries in different slots. It was seemingly random even if I had two 100w chargers plugged in 1 battery would always blink the error. I saw a few other references to updating the firmware but none of them said it was the chargers firmware that needed updated instead of your batteries. I mistakenly updated all my batteries (install battery in drone, fire it up, and go into your controller and select update firmware with each battery). If you don't want to update your base controller or drone firmware you can't update your batteries. But it's not necessary and did not fix the issue anyway. You need to update the firmware in the charger. To fix this you need to install the Ploying app and connect to your charger via bluetooth and update the firmware. After this the charger works great charging all three batteries at once as long as you have two 100w chargers plugged in.with only one 100w charger plugged in it will only charge two batteries at once at about 50w each. Anything less than a 100w charger will only charge a single battery at a time. Anything less than 45w and it won't charge at all.As pictured the charger shows you how many watts is being pulled from each charge port with the charge status of each battery. This includes individual cell voltage, wattage going to each batt, batt temperature, and number of charge cycles on each batter. The charger can be changed between storage mode, 95% fast charge, and 100% fast charge. If you use the Polying app there is an additional 98% fast charge mode not available in the hardware menu.So far it's a great upgrade over the stock DJI charger because it is a bit smaller, lighter, give you your battery health information, allows you to charge 3 batts at once, and gives you the option of doing a storage charge. If it holds up it will be great!

I'm really happy with this charger. When fed with two Anker 100 watt PD chargers, it charges all three Air 3S batteries very fast. I also love that it has a storage mode to charge them to 60% after flying a full pack when I'm not planning to take the drone out for a while. It fits well in the case, really not taking up as much room as the OEM charger. It can of course be used as a power bank to charge your phone or controller if needed, too.

Update: The seller of this product, LKTOP - has gone over and above expectations to make sure I can use the product to its full capacity. I try to be fair; when something isn't right, I let people know. By the same measure, if a retailer or merchant takes the time to resolve an issue, that deserves accolades. Not every seller does this, in fact, most don't.With these things in mind, I am revising my review, from poor, to the absolute best. Because it is, and with the exception of missing parts last month, I have always been impressed with products from the manufacturer. As of now, everyone involved gers the best possible score on this review. If you or someone you know has an issue, please seek them out, and let them know. They will make it right. I have experienced it.Previous review:The hub arrived, with NO charger in the box. I rrdered a replacement, and it shipped, but to date nothing has arrived. I would pass on this otherwise great specification charger until they work out the supply chain issues.
