I have a 2002 Ford F-150 5.4L. It was leaking coolant into the oil and exhaust. The truck was spewing white smoke and running rough. I replaced the intake manifold with this one and it fit perfectly and worked perfectly. I'm pleased with how it worked out.

Only lasted 11 months and started to leak coolant from the crossover where the plastic meets the aluminum...smh

So far so good. I blew up my Dorman Intake after flooding it because my COP’s were bad. It blew up on the first start with new working COP’s. I was going to buy Dorman again but price was much higher than this intake and reviews were about equal. Good quality product and truck works great. Only issue that I found is concerning the bolt holes for the COP bolts. The bolts stop turning (at least I thought the bolts were as tight as safely possible) in the holes before the COP is fully seated in the spark plug hole leaving the top of the COP loose. This happened on 5 of the eight bolt holes. I didn’t discover it until after my truck started misfiring again. I found the problem and carefully tightened each bolt slowly until COPs were seated. I was very nervous thinking I would break the hole before the COP seated. Fortunately each one seated and misfiring appears to be gone. I would buy again
