Apologies for the shadow on the car in the photo, my driveway has constant cover throughout the day and it doesn't really do the end result justice. This tape was really easy to use and, in my opinion, worth the cost above other brands. It sticks very well to chrome after a good cleaning with alcohol and tucks nicely under the weather stripping as long as you plan the amount of 'overhang' just right. This was my first time doing a chrome delete and anything larger than a badge and my third time ever wrapping anything. I did fail three times before I got the first door right, mainly because I kept trimming the vinyl to much and exposing the chrome - no fault of the product there. It's just thick enough to be durable but thin enough to be easy to work with - on a warm enough day, no heat gun required but I would hit some areas with extra heat to get the adhesive to bond better.I did the rear small window with a different brand and it was not as cooperative. In hindsight, I would have picked up another roll of the 4" for that but since I got the 2" (honestly, 1" would have been wide enough for the chrome trim on the doors of my 2019 Honda Civic Hatchback), I needed a larger sheet of the other stuff. This tape worked so much better than the other brand of normal sheet but I made that work because I have to. I have a feeling that one will go first and I'll end up redoing it, in which case I will definitely pick up the 4" roll of this.

used two rolls of this vinyl for blacking out the trim on my BMW as well as door handle inserts and fender badges. easy to work with, molds around corners very well for the thickness. as others mentioned use your own knife to cut as the one included isn't the sharpest. also i did find getting it installed and initial trimming was easy, then for final trim, remove the protective layer and it goes mush easier. there's more risk of scraping and scratching the vinyl this way but makes trimming close to window/door seals much easier and thus less damage to the car.

Used these rolls to wrap the silver trim on my BMW and it’s super easy to work with and with some heat it can be stretched or molded as needed. This 3M wrap is thicker and less prone to bubbles and wrinkles. Highly recommended for window trim wrapping

Quality is good, adhesion is good, color is right. Installation is user error if you have an issue. Thickness is perfect. Has A clear plastic thin film over the vinyl beside to remove before cutting as it is a pain in the ass todo so while installing. For anyone who has a MB Coupe you will need 2 rolls as 25’ did not work for all trim. Also the knife it comes with is trash get an Xacto knife or whatever they’re called works best.
