The flush hose allows you to do your own maintenance by running your Yamaha boat / Waverunner out of the water. Attaches easily to a garden hose, and the hose attaches securely to the Yamaha engine. Has a quarter-turn valve so you can turn the water on/off at the boat. Remember to start the engine BEFORE you turn on the water so you don't get water into the engine though!

I have a 2016 Yamaha SX 190 jet boat and this fitting kit works perfectly for flushing. Highly recommend!

Poor connection and leaks I don't know if it was stripped, but I guess that's why you get the tape with it. It's just not as durable as one. The machine came with.
