the design is really clever and they're a great idea to repair a damaged zipper, but they are all a large size meant for jackets/overalls and heavier clothing. Way to large for my jeans. I wish they had a wider variety of sizes in the package.

I like that these come with three sizes and a set of pulls to fix a variety of zippers. One issue I had was that the small zippers weren't quite small enough for many of the small zippers I wanted to fix. I'd also be weary about using these on a zipper that you need to pull hard on, as the screw loosens somewhat easily. Some threadlocker can help with this, but not sure how long that would hold up.

Didn't open. You sent me zipper ends with both ends closed. No way to open them or use them. Waste of my money. Can't be used for anything. So they are just sitting in a bag. Can't even cut the ends to open and use. Not with your time or money.

The reason everyone is having problems is1. It doesn't close tight enough. When I squeezed the zipper it worked... For a few zips the two halves came apart again just enough so the zipper unbinds again. Trash. This should be made of metal and have a much better twisting handle thing to exert more torque with your bare hands. Not all of us have multitools or even a good set of pliers (sad I know)2. The screw doesn't hold the two halves together properly for very long. It SLIPS. And starts opening up. And of course this should never be made of plastic! Wth were you guys thinking?!!!
