i hesitated buying this as there were cheaper options, but decided i didn't want to be disappointed in an inferior model and risk having to buy a new one. I have no regrets now as it is wonderful to use. You can put a few cloves in there, and if you're 'petite' like me, you might need to use 2 hands to squeeze down on it but because of the thick ergonomic handles, doesn't put stress on your palms or wrist. It's heavy duty so just be careful not to drop it on your counter or floor. Also the clever design means you can flip one handle around so it pushes out the remaining garlic trapped in the holes. Rinse out the press right after using so it makes clean up a breeze, it simply rinses out. It says you can use it without peeling the garlic, but it got a little messy and since i don't want to waste any of the garlic, I've always removed the skins first. i also use a small knife to scrape off the minced garlic after pressing, then use it to shift the flattened cloves around, and re-press, so I don't waste anything. I love how it makes light work of mincing all my garlic - and I'm very happy with my purchase.

I'm an A&P and work with safety wire all the time. Removing the safety wire from a mechanism can, sometimes, be a pain. I wanted a small, strong and most of all pointed pair of cutters to help in that job. These are exactly what I needed. They are made by Klein so you know they are very high quality. Safety wire is not a soft wire and this cutter is holding up really well. I'd say that 90% of the cuts it's made have been in the first 1/16" of the very tip of the jaws and I cannot see any, (zero) wear. I love em. Made in America too. Thanks Klein.

Es justo lo que estaba buscando, el diseño y el acabdo es tan bueno que parece material quirurgico, se siente super resistente, lo puedes sujetar con toda seguridad, su mango es bastante agradable al tacto y no se resbala.
