The device was easy to connect to my WiFi. The app is very simple and it is easy to name your switches. Connected easily to Alexa. Very Happy so far with this switch.

Good product works as stated. I use this device to have remote control over many devices in my home and it works wonderfully.Note, 1 of 2 of the devices in the 2-pack did fail with blinking/clicking noise however customer support replaced the device without question upon contacting them.

Producto que al mes falló.Enciende y paga de manera intermitente . Incluso ya no estando conectado al wifi. Caja con 2 y empezaron a fallar .

This item worked for about 2 months then quit, I contacted customer service about the 5 year warrenty but haven't heard from themUpdate: I called tech support who walked me through installation. She told me that my unit was faulty but has a lifetime warranty. All I have to do is send an email to KMC for a replacement. Excellent customer service. I loved the plug while it was working and am looking forward to getting my replacement.

I love how easy it was to use and set up, I was debating between these and the smart plugs that alexa originally works with but turns out these are alexa enabled too and more than half the price and double the amount for that price (so technically 4x the value). very easy to use with the app and the alexa app as well once you link it over

Excelentes y económicos. Son 6 enchufes inteligentes y 2 con corriente continua y por ese precio en otra marcas no compras 2. Y muy fácil de instalar

Llevo 2 semanas con el , fácil de configurarSe puede programar horario de encendido , apagado.Yo lo utilizo para mi terrario ☺️

El plástico del que está hecho se siente muy frágil. y tiene que conectar bien porque se siente que se va arrronper se mueve cuando lo conectas en el principal . Si sirve . Solo hay que bajar la aplicación para conectar a ínternet hace un ruido de apagado que a mi me ayuda a saber si prendió o apago eso me gusto.
